Hey guys, just wanting to see if this is normal or not. I purchased an Xbox One Titanfall console bundle yesterday morning. I got home, set it up and started my Titanfall download (as it only comes with a download code and not a physical copy). So I started the download and install at approximately 9am yesterday morning, I have had my Xbox One on non-stop downloading/installing Titanfall and yet it only says it's 48% done after nearly 21-22 hours. At this rate it's going to take another full day to complete which I'm really not happy about.I've heard of people having 8-9 hour installs (from what I'm aware that is with a physical copy on disc) but this is just getting ridiculous.Now a few things;- No my internet isn't god awful, I get about 2.4MB/s peak download.- The game says it's about 40GB, I'm aware that this is it's unpacked size and the actual game download/install itself is 16.9GB.

Seeing as I have no actual game disc to get the info off of, wouldn't this mean that I have to download the 16.9GB which then unpacks to about 35-40GB? Yet I have checked my internet usage and it's only used about 1GB in the last day.Getting back to the question, why is it taking so ridiculously long to download/install? Sorry just to clarify as English isn't my native, but do you mean the game has downloaded and is in the process of installing or it's still downloading?

If it's in the process of installing you can try this I guess,I remember people having issues at the start of the console with installing and launching games. Also if your downloading, is your connection set up properly? I know from experience that when am on wifi my downloads are painfully slow despite the router been a couple of feet away, yet when plugged directly from the ethernet to the Xbone it blasts away at full download speed. This sounds like a connectivity issue, I was able to download the full 16 gbs within an hour.

Im not on fiberoptics or anything like that, just regular 50 mbps cable.If you're on wireless try a direct ethernet connection to your router, or even better, your modem.You may want to go over your connection and make sure its stable, because if its taking this long to download, your in-game experience will be severely impacted by your connection speed even after you manage to finish downloading/installing.
